What does an engagement require?+
Engagements begin at $10,000, delivered at a fixed fee against a written blueprint. The blueprint also states the projected monthly running cost of the system (AI usage, messaging, hosting), so the full investment is known before work begins.
How do you measure return?+
Every engagement is anchored to a commercial target agreed up front: booked revenue, cost per acquisition, response time, or hours returned to your team. We instrument the system to report against that target from launch, so the return is visible rather than assumed.
How long until a system is live?+
A focused deployment, such as an acquisition rebuild, a qualification agent or a reporting pipeline, typically goes live in two to six weeks. Multi-system programs run eight to twelve weeks, delivered in stages so value arrives before the program is complete.
Who owns the systems and the data?+
You do. Systems are built in your accounts, on your domains and infrastructure, with full documentation. Your data is never used to serve other clients.
How do you handle security and control?+
Access is scoped to what each system needs, credentials are encrypted, and anything that communicates outward on your behalf runs through approval rules you set. Self-hosted deployment is available when you need full control of where data lives.
Will my team need to be technical?+
No. Systems are designed to fit how your team already works. We provide plain-language documentation and training, and the systems surface only the decisions that genuinely need a person.
What happens after launch?+
Most clients continue into an ongoing partnership: monitoring, cost optimization, and a quarterly roadmap that extends what is working. If you’d prefer to run the systems in-house, we hand over everything needed to do so.
Do you work with companies outside the US?+
Yes. Engagements are delivered remotely, and we deploy systems in both English and Spanish.
